Email Engineers is a boutique Klaviyo agency. Our clients are successful DTC brands doing $3M–$30M+ a year.
We run in pods/teams of five (strategist, copywriter, designer, tech loader, account manager that glues client comms and operations).
The strategist is the spine of every pod, and that's the seat we're hiring for.
This isn't a setup-the-flows job. The strategist owns campaign ideation, macro sequencing, flow architecture, list growth strategy, and “taste” on everything that leaves the pod.
They give clients (often CEOs, CMOs or founders) the confidence behind our work.
Your pod handles execution.
They’re on the same path of mastery as you are.
The copywriters live and breathe copy. They nerd on old advertisements from the ‘60s. They get together once a week to chat about the emails they’re most proud of.
The designers are experts at capturing a brand’s feel and putting that inside emails. They have university studies. They’ve designed hundreds (some thousands) of emails. And they never stop improving.
They’re not being replaced by AI because they’re always ahead of the curve.
They’re leading.
